Confront the person taking advantage of you?
Make time for your kids?
Make time for yourself?
Truly commit to your relationship?
Practice SRI daily?
Get entrained regularly?
The answer to these questions will give you a pretty good indication of your current quality of life.
Remember, if pain is your prime motivator – expect lots of it. Same goes for contribution, fulfillment, growth, health, vitality and happiness. Choice is yours.
